I like all of them, even though a few are more so quirky observations or puns rather than hints of larger stories. Number 1 is cute. So is 5. Number 9 is very true. So is 10. Not flash fiction but still... have to agree. All in all, 10 carefully thought out sentences that hint at something. Subtext is not easy but you seem to understand it well.
